懶是人的本性,透過一次次的堅持,讓自己不怠惰,養成修練的日常習慣,才能漸進式的積蓄健康能量。
練功感覺很好呀,有可以入手的方法真是太好了!
懶惰的魔障要能夠克服,才能練出身心靈的健康肌肉!
唯有堅持,才能戰勝一切困難,獲得身體的真正受益,心靈的真正快樂,除了勇敢還是要勇敢及強大的信念。
千萬不可以因為懶惰,來障礙自己的修行,因為只有堅持才能改善健康,感恩 金菩提宗師!🙏🙏🙏
修練一段時間後,出現疲憊、不想繼續修練,就是魔障,不能被障礙住,仍要堅持修練突破障礙,才能漸入佳境。
遇到修行狀態差,更要咬緊牙關挺過去。
累了,表示在上坡;痛了,表示在更新。差的狀態正是自我總結的好時機,不能輕易被魔障打倒!
